About the role
As a
Flooring Installer
,
you'll lead our team in delivering high‐quality flooring outcomes across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
general concrete grinding and surface preparation
leading the application of premium flooring finishes
maintaining a safe & organised worksite at all times
working alongside experienced tradespeople in a hands‐on environment
contributing to a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights
essential
Min. 3 years
concrete resurfacing experience
essential
Current White Construction Card
essential
Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy, surface preparation and levelling
Solid written & verbal communication skills + high attention to detail
Leadership skills to supervise and support our team.
