About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
PM Shift Supervisor
to join our
Hazelmere, WA
team on a
full-time permanent
basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading our afternoon operations, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently and on time. You'll oversee drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff while supporting service delivery, safety, productivity and customer outcomes.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead by example, coach your team, coordinate daily operations and help drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Working hours are on a rotating afternoon shift of 1:00pm–9:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work both shift patterns is essential.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations, dispatch and freight movements
Oversee inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance and support
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS and company policies
Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
Coordinate fleet and equipment utilisation and report maintenance requirements
Resolve operational issues and service disruptions in a timely manner
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
Monitor freight scanning, tracking and operational compliance
Assist with rostering, workforce planning and labour allocation
Complete operational reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within transport, logistics or warehousing
Experience leading frontline operational teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of transport operations, freight handling and depot activities
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure




Solid organisational and time management skills
Experience using transport management systems and operational reporting tools
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Flexibility to work a rotating afternoon shift (1:00pm–9:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm)
Forklift Licence (desirable)
Current Driver's Licence
