Our client is a growing, family-oriented real estate agency seeking a Property Manager who is keen to develop their Business Development skills and take the next step in their career. THE ROLE:
Managing a
shared portfolio
of approximately 160 properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests
Handling lease renewals,



arrears, and general portfolio management duties
Attending QCAT hearings when required
Assisting with business development activities to grow the rent roll
Working closely with the team to ensure seamless portfolio coverage
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years' Property Management experience
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and career-driven attitude
The confidence to build recent business relationships
Experience with PropertyMe, Realworks, RP Data, or IRE highly regarded
Your own reliable vehicle
