Operating across Australia and New Zealand, they provide an essential service to some of the country's largest manufacturers and retailers. Their operation is highly automated, commercially successful and genuinely critical to the supply chain.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to become the trusted advisor to operational leaders and help build the leadership capability needed for the next stage of the journey. The opportunity This is a true business partnering role. You'll spend your time working alongside leaders, understanding how the operation works and helping them solve people challenges before they become business problems.
Reporting to an impressive General Manager of People & Culture, you'll be the face of HR across operations, partnering with leaders, coaching managers and driving initiatives that strengthen capability across the business.
You'll also have the opportunity to lead meaningful projects spanning leadership development, talent assessment, employee engagement and onboarding. The strategy has been set. Now it's about delivering it.
What you'll be doing
Partner with operational and corporate leaders across the business.
Coach leaders to build stronger teams and improve performance.
Deliver leadership,
engagement and organisational capability initiatives.
Manage employee relations matters with confidence and sound commercial judgement.
Support managers to make better hiring decisions through effective recruitment and selection.
Build trusted relationships by maintaining a visible presence across the operation.
About you
You're an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business. You build credibility quickly, communicate with confidence and know how to balance empathy with commercial pragmatism. You'll bring strong employee relations capability, experience supporting operational leaders and a genuine passion for developing people and improving organisational capability.
Manufacturing experience would be helpful but isn't essential. What's more important is your ability to influence, coach and build relationships in a fast-paced operational environment.

The details
Western Sydney location with occasional travel between sites.
Versatile working available, including part-time options (3-5 days per week).
Hybrid working with a mix of site and home-based work.
$140,000-$160,000 base + super.
