What You'll Do
As Sales Manager, you'll be the powerhouse behind membership growth. You'll:
Lead and inspire Membership Consultants




to hit targets and close sales.
Drive current membership growth
through strategy, local marketing, and prospecting.
Deliver results
through KPIs, accountability, and high-performance energy.
Build a winning culture
that thrives on fun, fitness, and results.
Plan and execute lead generation
including B2B, outreach, and community events.
Lead by example
ensuring to prospect and convert leads, make daily sales and contribute to the team's sales target and success.

with experience hitting and exceeding KPIs.
