Rissman Property is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join Newstead's Number

About the Role
Working alongside a driven and successful team, you will play an integral role in managing
property campaigns from listing through to settlement, ensuring every client receives an exceptional
experience and every campaign is executed to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Form 6 appointments and Contracts of Sale
Coordinating the launch of new property campaigns
Creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, photographers, stylists and trades
Booking photography, floorplans, copywriting, signboards and other campaign requirements
Scheduling appointments including photography, inspections, open homes and auctions
Managing campaign timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met
Preparing documentation throughout the sales process
Maintaining accurate records within the CRM
Providing exceptional communication and customer service throughout each campaign
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and operational tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:




Experienced in real estate administration
Exceptionally organised, outstanding attention to detail, eager to take initiative.
Positive, energetic and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment
Highly reliable with a robust sense of ownership and accountability for their work
Growth-minded, embraces feedback and is committed to continually improving their skills and performance
