Managing your own residential portfolio
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections




Lease renewals and rent reviews
Arrears management
Delivering exceptional customer service
What You'll Need
Previous Property Management experience
ACT Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain)
Current driver's licence
Sound knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
