About the Role
As a
Junior Sales Consultant
, you'll work alongside experienced mentors who will teach you every stage of the sales process.
You'll learn how to build meaningful client relationships, understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently guide clients throughout their property journey.
You'll receive hands-on coaching from day one while developing valuable communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills that will benefit your career for years to come.
What You'll Be Doing
Learn our proven sales process through structured training and one-on-one mentoring
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct appointments via Zoom and in person
Learn how to identify, generate and convert new business opportunities
Follow up enquiries and assist clients throughout their buying journey
Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals
Continue developing your sales,



communication and product knowledge through ongoing coaching
What You'll Learn
As part of your training and your journey towards becoming a Property Expert you'll develop skills in:
Professional communication
Turning new opportunities into lasting client relationships
Building confidence through proactive client engagement
Liaising with property developers, brokers and many other partners in the property & development field
How to introduce yourself professionally and create positive first impressions
Prospecting techniques that turn cold conversations into warm opportunities
Consultative sales techniques
Negotiation and objection handling
Customer relationship management (CRM)
Property and finance fundamentals
Time management and organisation
Building long-term client relationships
Presenting confidently both online and face-to-face
About You
You don't need years of sales experience-we're looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to build a successful career.
You'll ideally have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Confidence speaking with people both over the phone and face-to-face
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
The ability to manage appointments, follow-ups and administrative tasks
A willingness to learn, accept feedback and continually improve




A professional and well-presented approach
The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Experience in
retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales
will be highly regarded but is
not essential
