Previous Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar Storeperson role.
Current Forklift License (LF):
Essential for operating our equipment safely and efficiently.

YOURDAY-TO-DAY DUTIES
Forklift Operation:
Safely loading and unloading trucks with various products.
Receiving & Dispatching Stock:
Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory.
Picking and Packing Orders:
Accurately fulfilling customer and store orders.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and store.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
Merchandising & Stock Replenishment:
Assisting with store presentation and ensuring shelves are stocked.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with the Dispatch Manager and sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
Secure Roster:
Work a stable roster on an
11-day fortnight
and time-in-lieu for approved overtime.
Weekend Work:
Being available to work every second Saturday (shorter day).
