Logikal Facade Solutions is seeking a motivated
Site Cadet
to join our growing facade delivery team on a landmark high-rise project.
Site Cadet – Facade Construction
Key Responsibilities
Translate approved shop drawings into practical site installation details.
Provide technical support to the installation team and resolve on-site design issues.
Prepare, manage and close out ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Coordinate material deliveries with the warehouse and site team.
Attend site meetings with builders, consultants and subcontractors.
Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate design changes, RFIs and as-built information throughout the project.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture,



civil engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in façade, curtain wall, windows, cladding or commercial construction preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD .
Australian working rights.
