About the role
ESP Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pipe Welder - MIG / TIG to join our client's team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise in pipe welding and contribute to the success of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of pipe materials and configurations
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure welds meet required standards
Prepare and finish welds according to industry best practices
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure timely and effective project delivery
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in Welding or a related trade




Proven experience as a pipe welder, with expertise in both MIG and TIG welding techniques
Strong knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and quality control standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
