What you'll do
Create and implement a go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients across major industry verticals.
Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team focused on strategic target accounts.
Develop partnerships with cloud providers and technology firms in the region.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor our offerings for local market needs.
Analyze market trends to refine our approach in sectors like government, financial services, healthcare, retail, and resources.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organizations.
Represent Anthropic at industry events and communicate our safety and trust principles to clients.
Align regional sales operations with global corporate goals.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise sales.




5+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale sales operations within the ANZ region.
Proven success selling SaaS, cloud services, or technical API products.
Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
Demonstrated history of selling to government agencies, financial institutions, and large enterprises.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and skilled experience.
Ability to work from the office at least 25% of the time.
Nice to have
Experience selling through cloud partner ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Background in selling AI technologies.
