Staff Australia is currently seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Die Setter to join a leading manufacturer of pool and spa components based in Keysborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.
Multiple positions are available across afternoon and night shifts.
Shifts Available
Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
About the Role
This is a hands-on technical position responsible for setting and optimising injection moulding equipment to ensure quality production outcomes.
Setting mould tools into injection moulding machines
Operating overhead cranes safely and efficiently
Adjusting machine settings and production parameters
Troubleshooting production and tooling issues
Monitoring product quality and production efficiency
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Mechanically minded with strong technical aptitude
Self-motivated and eager to learn




Experienced in injection moulding die setting or similar manufacturing roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Reliable and committed to building a long-term career
Candidates may also come from backgrounds such as:
Trade Assistant
Mechanic
Apprentice or partially completed apprenticeship
Manufacturing technician or machine setter
