Join a well-established refrigeration and HVAC service business delivering maintenance, breakdown support, and project work across commercial sites in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time role for an experienced Refrigeration Technician who wants solid pay, a take-home vehicle, a steady pipeline of work, and a supportive team.
About the role
You will work across commercial refrigeration systems, carrying out servicing, fault-finding, repairs, and occasional installation or upgrade work.Most work is metro based, with a mix of planned maintenance and breakdown response.
Pay guide: $42 to $50 per hour depending on experience

What you will be doing
Service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime
Complete preventative maintenance across a range of commercial sites
Assist with installations, upgrades,
and refurbishments where required
Work safely and in line with refrigeration compliance requirements
Participate in a shared after-hours roster with additional pay
What you will bring
Certificate III or higher in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent Strong experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair
Ability to fault-find independently and manage service work professionally ARCtick and relevant licences
