Service Advisor

You'll learn the ropes to become a successful Service Advisor providing professional advice when selling services, parts and accessories to our customers. Working with our team of professionals, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.
What you'll be doing
Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
Updating customers on the progress of their repairs / servicing
Up-selling customer repair and service requirements
Inspecting customer vehicles prior to check-in
Following up with customers once work has been complete
What we're looking for
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
