HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our national Recruitment Projects Team, supporting large-scale outsourced recruitment campaigns for government, education, healthcare, community services and corporate clients across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in recruitment, candidate assessment, workforce planning and talent acquisition while working alongside experienced recruitment professionals on high‐profile projects.
About the Role
As part of our Recruitment Projects Team, you will support major recruitment campaigns involving hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of candidates.
Screening and assessing candidate applications
Conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments
Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events
Supporting candidate testing and selection activities
Completing reference checks and pre-employment screening activities
Managing candidate communications via phone, email and SMS
Scheduling recruitment activities and interviews
Maintaining recruitment systems and candidate records
Supporting recruitment reporting and project administration




Assisting recruitment consultants and project managers to deliver client outcomes
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
About You
Are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
Have a genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, organisational psychology or workforce planning
Possess solid written and verbal communication skills
Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Enjoy working with people and building relationships
Are adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
