About the Role
As the Facilities Coordinator you will oversee a portfolio of properties across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for building and essential service management with a focus on maintenance, compliance, capital works and safety. You will be part of a supportive and team-oriented team with a strong workplace culture. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, including two days working from home. At key times some travel between sites is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about operational excellence and wanting to grow and develop in an established business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain building and essential services across the portfolio, including mechanical, fire protection, vertical transportation, and safety systems.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and building service regulations across Australia and New Zealand, including AESMR, AFSS, and BWOF.
Manage capital works projects and oversee procurement processes.
Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensure effective scheduling and completion of preventative and reactive maintenance.
Coordinate maintenance requests, ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintain awareness of lease obligations and equipment lifecycle requirements.
Skills and experience required for this role
Strong interpersonal skills with experience liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in facilities and operations management, preferably with knowledge of HVAC, fire systems, electrical, or related trade services
Highly developed administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Monday – Friday | WFH 2 Days Per Week
