Role Overview
We are looking for a caring and reliable Registered Nurse to join the Yore Care team, supporting residents. This role is based out of the retirement village, The Shores by Teman in Coffs Harbour.
This is a part time position offering 16 hours per week. Shifts are typically scheduled between 8:00am and 9:30pm, depending on resident needs. Remuneration is $32 to $56 per hour, plus superannuation, with the rate determined by your qualifications, experience and applicable award classification.
Working under the supervision of our General Manager, you will provide personalised care and support that helps residents maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
This role is community based and relationship driven. You will become a familiar and trusted face within the village, supporting residents in their homes and helping them stay connected to the community around them.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support services in accordance with each resident's care plan
Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility assistance and household tasks
Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing through a reablement approach
Encourage residents to remain engaged in meaningful activities within the village community
Observe and report any changes in resident wellbeing to the Care Partner or Village Manager
Maintain accurate documentation using mobile technology and organisational systems
Work collaboratively with the broader care team and village staff
Deliver care in a respectful, professional and compassionate manner

Qualifications and Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Experience providing care to older people in home care, community care or residential settings
Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to use mobile technology and digital systems
Police Check and required vaccinations
