We're on the hunt for a
Leasing Associate
to join our Boxhill community: a 389-apartment Build to Rent asset in one of Melbourne's most dynamic and fast-evolving neighbourhoods.
This is a sales role where you'll lead from the front, driving leasing performance while delivering an exceptional experience for every prospective resident. Working closely with the Leasing Manager, you'll support leasing strategy, marketing initiatives and resident retention, while playing a key role in achieving occupancy and revenue targets. You'll also help guide and mentor the leasing team, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative environment.
In short, you'll combine sales, strategy and customer experience to help bring our South Melbourne community to life.

You know how to sell: Proven experience in a target-driven leasing or sales role
You're customer first: Passionate about creating standout experiences for prospective residents
You're a strong communicator and negotiator:



Confident closing deals and building trust
Commercially minded: Able to support pricing, incentives and leasing strategies
Organised and detail-focused: Strong CRM and system management skills
Proactive: Always looking for ways to improve performance and processes
Relationships and rapport builder: With residents, agents and internal teams
Experience in Build to Rent or Residential Property leasing is highly regarded
