Experience in residential metal roofing with the ability to independently conduct site measures.
Insurance repair background highly regarded, bringing added depth to project delivery.
Solid grasp of margin protection and its importance to successful project outcomes.
Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining compliance.
Strong problem-solving ability with a practical approach to troubleshooting on the ground.
Clear communicator across homeowners, tradespeople,

About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential metal re-roof projects. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from site measures to final close-out. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct site measures, prepare accurate take-offs, and deliver costings within targets.
Manage material procurement and scheduling to support efficient project delivery.
Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues before delays occur.
Oversee project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate roof reports, project records, and ERP system updates daily.
Track project progress closely and ensure timely completion and close-out activities.
