Equinix Sydney is looking for a Lead IBX Customer Operations Engineer (Cable Landing Station) to oversee the reliable operation and security of critical telecom infrastructure. You will lead the CLS as a technical authority, ensuring continuous availability of network services and alignment with SLAs.
You'll coordinate with Google NOC and local teams, manage incident response, maintenance, and outages, and mentor the operations staff.
