We are currently seeking a
Senior Property Manager
to join our team handling an incoming rent role of ******* properties.
This is a Monday to Friday role with a work from home 1 day per week (post probationary period).
This role focuses on the day-to-day management of your portfolio and is NOT an end-to-end property management role.
We have a dedicated Inspections Team and Leasing Team who are responsible for routine inspections, entry reports, leasing, and application processing.
You will be supported by these teams, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality service, relationship management, and smooth daily portfolio operations.
We're looking for someone with a friendly disposition,



reliability and the enthusiasm to develop a property management career.
Experience in property management is essential - as is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn!

An Agents Representative Certificate
A full driver's licence
A passion for property, people and growth
Self starter with a team player attitude
Hard working and the ability to take initiative
Strong computer skills
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Bright, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
