About the Role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Assistant to manage the end-to-end production flow for one of our major, key client accounts. In this role, you will be the central link between our inventory, production teams, and the client, ensuring that high-volume orders are processed, decorated, and dispatched accurately and on schedule.
This position requires a mix of hands-on stock coordination, clear internal communication, and direct client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management:
Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and systematically sort items into designated pick areas.
Production Coordination:
Identify and coordinate which garments require decoration (embroidery/printing) and allocate them to the appropriate production lines.
Scheduling & Dispatch:
Work closely with the production and decorating teams to monitor workflows, ensure production schedules are met, and dispatch orders on time according to strict due dates.




Account & Client Liaison:
Act as a direct point of contact for the key account, managing their requirements and providing updates on order status.
Quality & Detail Control:
Maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure client specifications and branding guidelines are met perfectly.
Requirements
Strong Attention to Detail:
High accuracy in managing stock counts, matching job sheets to garments, and checking decoration requirements.
Excellent Communication & Literacy:
Clear written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and handle direct client correspondence.
Strong Computer Skills:
Proficient in using digital systems to track inventory, update schedules, and manage client orders.
Reliability:
Ability to commit to a full-time Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
Experience in apparel production, warehousing, or promotional product decoration is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
