About the role
This is an exciting full-time Production Line Operator role at Altimate Foods, Australia's leading manufacturer of ice cream cones. We make millions of indulgent moments that matter - one perfectly crafted cone at a time.
As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our high-quality food manufacturing equipment.

Both Day Shift & Afternoon Shift roles available (Day Shift 7:30am - 4:00pm, Afternoon Shift 4.00pm – 12 midnight)
Days
Monday to Friday
Must be available for immediate start
What you'll be doing
Operate food processing equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machines, to transform raw ingredients into high-quality finished products
Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure consistency and quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety protocols
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a production line operator in food manufacturing is required
Reliable transport to attend all rostered shifts




Robust attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn new tasks, adapt to changing demands and "can do attitude"
Available to work some overtime during peak seasonal periods
Completion of relevant food safety training qualifications would be highly regarded
Full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia are required
