Frontline Construction Canberra is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering a market-competitive salary of AUD$100,000 to AUD$150,000, reflecting the importance of the position within the organisation. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of building Frontline's workforce, identifying and placing top talent across the construction sector. Build and manage a pipeline of construction professionals, from site workers through to senior management
AUD$100,000 to AUD$150,000 plus superannuation and benefits
Permanent role with scope to grow your recruitment practice and client base




Preferred Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction, trades, or a related industry
Strong ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and KPIs
Knowledge of the construction sector, including common roles, qualifications, and industry challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Relevant recruitment certification or professional membership (e.g. AHRI, RCSA)
Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
