Government schools Learning Specialist – Early Years Literacy will lead the development and consistent implementation of evidence-informed literacy practice across Foundation to Year 2, strengthening students' foundational literacy through explicit, systematic and sequenced instruction.
The role will coach teachers, model exemplary classroom practice, use assessment data to monitor progress, and support colleagues to improve literacy outcomes across the College.
