We're looking for Speech Pathologists with 2+ years in pediatric experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for a speech pathologist who is looking to accelerate their professional growth and isn't afraid to level up the clinical skills. The role is located on-site and within educational settings, where you'll be part of a large team with dedicated clinical guidance and administrative support.

About SRSP
Sounds Right Speech Pathology is a well-established paediatric clinic with two purpose-built clinics in Melbourne's northern suburbs. We deliver evidence-based intervention to children and families through 1:1 clinic sessions,
Group Programs, Telehealth and within educational facilities. Our team of 19 speech pathologists with diverse experiencne levels, supports a wide variety of diagnoses and neurotypes.
About the Roles
Location:
The position is based at our Greensborough clinic with off-site work in educational settings. (Opportunities also exist within our Bundoora Clinic for the right candidate)
Employment Type:
Full time Monday to Friday or Part-time (0.8 minimum) with the option to work Saturdays 8am to 12pm. Additional salary and a WFH admin option for Saturday work applies
Client base:
Mixed private and NDIS clients
Therapy model:
Neuro-affirming, 45 minute sessions, booked on the hour, 1:1 sessions, parent coaching and group programs.
Full-time on-site admin support:
for caseload management, scheduling and invoicing.
Clinical areas:
Speech, language, early intervention, phonology, pragmatics, literacy, AAC.
Settings:
Clinic based and outreach services at schools, kindergartens and childcares (no home visits).
Caseload:
Diverse with children ranging from 0 years to 18 years.
Clinical team
: 19 Speech Pathologists working on-site with varied clinical experience
Requirements
Speech Pathology degree
>2 years experience as a Speech Pathologist in a paediatric setting
Driver's licence + own car
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
SPA membership
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Medicare Provider Number
