What you'll do
Manage and optimize trading operations to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement and refine trading algorithms.
Develop and enforce operational protocols to ensure compliance and risk management.
Analyze trading data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in trading operations or a related field.
Proven expertise in algorithmic trading and market dynamics.




Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
Experience with multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
Skills & tools
Proficient in trading platforms and execution management systems.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
Familiarity with quantitative analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
