In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, managing bookings, assisting guests from enquiry through to check-out, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing guest enquiries via email and booking platforms
Handling reservations, modifications, and re-bookings, with a focus on direct bookings
Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
Upselling early check-ins, late check-outs,



and additional services where possible
Responding to guest reviews and encouraging positive feedback, including personalised service
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests quickly
Managing key handovers and ensuring accurate tracking for guests and trades
Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in reception, reservations, or a customer-facing role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
1 weekend day required and flexibility with public holidays
Familiarity with the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas is a plus!
