Biondo Rentals Pty Ltd based in the Dandenong South area currently have a position available for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the company's sales and marketing activities to increase revenue, expand market share and strengthen Biondo Rentals' position within the forklift hire, material handling equipment and access equipment industries. The role develops strategic business relationships, identifies new commercial opportunities and ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service while working with and supporting the sales team and reviewing marketing initiatives.
The position is responsible for but not limited to, maintaining the machinery outlet, co-ordination of sales leads and onsite inspections, customer acquisition, business development, branding and market growth. Sales Strategy and Business Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase equipment hire, forklift sales, servicing and maintenance contracts.
Identify current business opportunities across construction, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, transport and industrial sectors.
Establish annual sales targets, budgets and performance objectives aligned with organisational goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Budget and Proof major commercial agreements,



long-term hire contracts and preferred supplier arrangements from opportunities generated from sales team.
Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Build strategic relationships with key corporate clients, contractors, government organisations and industry partners.
Identify opportunities for expansion into new geographic and industry markets.
Marketing Management:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote forklift hire, equipment rental, servicing and sales.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including website content, Google advertising, SEO, social media and email marketing.
Coordinate promotional campaigns targeting construction companies, warehouses, logistics providers and industrial businesses.
Evaluate marketing performance through lead generation, conversion rates and return on investment.
Develop brand awareness initiatives to strengthen Biondo Rentals' reputation within the material handling industry.
Coordinate attendance at trade shows, industry exhibitions, networking events and supplier promotions.
Oversee production of brochures, advertising materials, online content and promotional resources.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout equipment hire, sales and after-sales support.




Conduct regular client follow up to identify operational requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Resolve complex customer concerns relating to commercial agreements and service delivery.
Implement customer retention strategies to maximise repeat business and long-term contracts.
Analyse customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.
Sales Operations:
Assist and support the sales and customer service team.
Allocate sales leads and contribute to increase individual performances and maximise sales.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Provide, product knowledge training and sales development programs.
Develop sales procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and revenue reports for senior management.
Assist with sales pipeline and conversion performance.
Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualification and at least 3 years' work experience.
Demonstrated experience managing sales and marketing operations in equipment hire, construction, industrial machinery, logistics or related industries.
Strong business development and commercial negotiation skills.
Experience managing key accounts and long-term commercial contracts.
Proven ability to prepare and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
Experience leading and developing sales teams.
Strong analytical, budgeting and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of customer relationship management skills
A salary of $85,000 - $95,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
