At a Glance:
Part-time Opportunity
: Offering 10 hours per week, with shifts on Friday (12:00pm to 5:30pm) and Saturday (8:00am to 1:00pm).

What to Expect in Your Role:
Play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional pharmacy experience. Working closely with pharmacists, you will assist with prescription preparation, stock management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your strong attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining TerryWhite Chemmart's high standards of care and service.
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and ordering as needed.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding prescription processing and wait times.
Assist in promoting pharmacy services, including care clinic services and rewards programs.
About You:




Previous experience in a community pharmacy as a Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy Assistant
Strong attention to detail, with a solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasks
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively across various roles
Customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
Experience in inventory management and a good understanding of pharmacy operations
Proficiency in computer systems used for prescription processing
