About the Role:
Utilising your end-to-end payroll expertise, you will be responsible for:
Processing multiple payroll cycles accurately and on time
End-to-end payroll processing
Processing new starters, employee changes and payroll maintenance
Managing terminations and final pay calculations
Payroll reconciliations and validation checks




Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
Producing ad hoc payroll reporting
Skills and Experience:
2+ years' experience in an end-to-end payroll position
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Awards
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple payroll deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Exposure to payroll system implementations or transitions will be highly regarded
