About the role and team
We have an opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our highly regarded Property & Projectsteam, to be based in our Sydney office.
This role will involve genuinebreadth working with leading partners across our sectors of focusincluding social infrastructure, renewable energy projects,property funds and the public sector. This will include:
advising communityhousing providers and other industry participants ondevelopment agreements, funding arrangements and projectdelivery models;
assisting on the landassembly components of renewable energy transactions, includingland access agreements, easements and options for solar, wind,and battery storage projects;
working with our HW Fundsteam on acquisitions, disposals and due diligence;and
supporting our publicsector clients at both state and Commonwealth level with theirdiverse property needs.
The work is complex,collaborative, and deeply rewarding.
Our Property & Projects teamis made up of approximately 120 people nationally and you will havethe support of the broader team in delivering excellent service toour clients.




We are seeking a motivatedlawyer eager to learn and work in a collaborative team environmentthat offers the opportunity to work on an interesting and variedrange of projects and property matters.
Aboutyou
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
between 2 - 4 years ofpost-admission experience as a real estate and/or projectslawyer at a reputable mid to large size firm;
experience in (or astrong desire to gain experience in) social infrastructure,energy and renewables or property funds;
the ability to handle thedemands of working for multiple partners across jurisdictionsas required;
the ability to workautonomously and as part of a team;
excellent technical,analytical and drafting skills with keen attention todetail;
a strong commitment toclient service and the ability to manage clientrelationships;
a focus on achievingcommercial solutions for our clients; and
the ability to organiseand prioritise effectively.
