About the role
Due to ongoing business growth, we have a vacancies for TIG/ MIG welders to join the team on our Day Shift.
This is an exciting prospect for ambitious and driven individuals looking for a long term and rewarding role with a robust company that offers above award rates and excellent working conditions. Tools, Uniform and PPE supplied.
About the Person:
The successful candidate must have the following experience/ qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Welder
TIG
& MIG Fabricator




Able to read drawings
Demonstrated ability to interpret all drawing types including technical blueprints and assembly drawings
Light Gauge TIG and or MIG test
Experience with TIG welding across multiple materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
Proficiency in light gauge welding for materials under 6mm thickness
Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
Take pride in their work
Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Tools, Uniform and PPE supplied
Metaltex holds monthly Lunches and supply fruit weekly
