Key Responsibilities
All finance requirements, keeping budgets and forecasts on track




Managing programs and schedule of works
Maintaining contract expectations, including any project variations required
WHS & QA requirements
Leading & Coaching site personnel including subcontractors
Liaison with key stakeholders including client and local councils.
About you
Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or Trade background
Demonstrated knowledge managing projects above $10M, ideally Commercial
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong WHS practices and quality work
Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
