We're seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator - Shift Supervisor to join the facilities & maintenance operations for a 6 months engagement.
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will lead from the front-managing team schedules, prioritising maintenance requests, overseeing Building Automation Systems (BAS), and ensuring high standards of safety, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction in this 24/7 setting.
Joining an established team, your shift will involve planning, scheduling, and mentoring team members to meet daily resort needs while fostering a supportive service culture all while monitoring team budgets, producing basic performance reports, and ensuring strict alignment with current OSH standards.
