About the Prospect
As our
Customer Care Coordinator
, you will be the first impression of our business.
You are the person customers remember.
Every enquiry that comes through our website and showroom starts with you.
Your ability to listen, understand what customers need and guide them to the right solution will be critical to our continued growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership and loves following through until every customer has been looked after.

Your Responsibilities
Being the friendly first point of contact for phone, email, website and showroom enquiries.
Responding quickly to allocated leads.
Welcoming showroom visitors and creating an exceptional first impression.
Listening carefully to understand each customer's needs.
Preparing professional quotations, proposals and pricing.
Presenting solutions confidently and professionally.
Following up every quotation and enquiry until a decision has been made.
Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Updating customer information accurately within the CRM.




Working closely with the wider team to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
Helping maintain a professional showroom and office environment.
About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
You understand that outstanding customer service is about creating trust, solving problems and making customers feel valued.
You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, customer care, internal sales, sales support or administration.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with customers both on the phone and face-to-face.
The ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
Experience preparing quotations and proposals (or the ability to learn quickly).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
A positive, professional attitude.
Pride in your personal presentation and the way you represent your employer.
