Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
Hourly Rate:
$***** base rate + applicable weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package

A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
Retail leadership experience with a real focus on people
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
An ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
A capacity and passion for self-development
A Can do proactive attitude and positive team spirit
About the role
Our fantastic Somerville Shop is excited to recruit for a superstar Retail Assistant Manager to support our Shop Manager to grow our amazing store and team!

You will be challenged, motivated and driven to use your extensive leadership and merchandising skills to continue developing trade and creating a positive customer experience.
