An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Inventory& Procurement Specialist to join a well-established and growing organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of procurement, inventory management and supplier performance, ensuring products are sourced efficiently and available to meet customer demand.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply, your responsibilities will include:
Managing procurement across local and international suppliers
Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting and replenishment
Building solid supplier relationships and driving cost savings
Managing purchase orders, lead times and stock availability
Analysing inventory performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Maintaining accurate product and pricing data within Microsoft Business Central
Producing procurement and inventory reports using Excel and Power BI
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

About You To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (5 years minimum)
Experience using Microsoft Business Central (essential)
Strong inventory management and forecasting skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing data
Power BI experience (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
