Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a professional response and action customer enquiry via phone and email
Respond in a friendly, qualified and customer focused manner, ensuring first call resolution.
Accurately processing all phone and email orders into ERP system.
Quoting,



providing customers with product information and upselling products.
Handle customer complaints and forward to appropriate departments for resolutions as required.
Communicate with accounting department regarding customer accounts.
Skills and experience
Proven experience in a fast paced sales environment
Passionate & Self Motivated
A positive can do attitude that craves success
A true passion for driving sales & providing outstanding customer experience
Someone who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere
Clear and fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Multi-lingual is favorable but not essential
Experience in sales or hospitality is prefered
