We are seeking a reliable, switched-on, and experienced individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent on a part-time basis. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our establishment while shaping your own professional future.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring all guest needs and concerns are promptly addressed, ensuring their satisfaction throughout your stay.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office including daily arrivals and departures.
Responding to phone and email enquiries.
Reservation and payment processing.
What you`ll need to succeed
Proven minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Service Agent / Receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment.
RMS experience is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.




Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Part time
Hours based on rotating roster within business hours of 7 AM - 11 PM.
