Due to the nature of this program, this role is open to female applicants only.
We support women with complex needs in three of our SIL homes, with another program starting soon, and our participants have the right to choose who provides their personal care. That's not a footnote — it's the whole point of what we do.

We have two SIL homes in Ballarat filled with incredibly complex, incredibly rewarding women who need someone who knows their stuff — personal care, manual handling, positive behaviour support — and who genuinely shows up for people, not just for a paycheck.
We need cover across all shifts, 24/7 — so whatever your availability looks like, we want to hear from you. That said, our most in-demand windows right now are
early mornings (6am–9am)
and
late afternoons/evenings (3pm–8pm)
, so if those work for you, you'll be in high demand from day one.

What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years professional experience in disability, or a relevant qualification
Experience supporting people with complex behaviours of concern — PBS knowledge a real bonus
Confident with personal care and manual handling
Full driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWC Check
Robust written and verbal communication — your shift notes matter to us and to our clients
