About the role Navan is seeking an Operational Lead to oversee and refine business processes within the APAC region. You will ensure our travel and expense management platform functions effectively for our growing client base in this market.

What you'll do
Manage regional operational workflows to support our business travel and expense products.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high service standards for APAC clients.
Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive regional process improvements.
Support the implementation of Navan solutions for enterprise and small business customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a related business function.




Ability to work within the Sydney office environment.
Understanding of corporate travel or expense management systems.
Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and regional goals.
