Cairns Airport

Part Time
basis
(minimum 26 hours per week)

What you'll be doing
Safely loading and unloading aircraft
Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times
Transporting and loading of freight
Handling of Dangerous Goods
Safely operate Ground Services Equipment
Compliance with all station notices relating to policies, procedures & training
Comply with the Menzies open, fair and honest reporting culture
What we need from you
Must be reliable and motivated to work
Ability to work within a fast paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg
Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
Well presented
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must hold a current Driver's License
Green P2 minimum
Possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules
Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
