Project Manager - Marine Construction Company - Chatswood
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Qualified Tradesperson
Our client is a North Shore based Marine Constructions company that has been in business since **** specializing in Marine Construction including Jetties, Pontoons, Dredging, Seawall, Piling and much more.
Our client is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join our busy team. You will be based in Chatswood but will be attending all work sites around Sydney and may be travelling to sites both north and south of Sydney as required. Typically, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects at a time and be supported by an established office-based team whilst you assist the teams on site.
Responsibilities:
Participate in tender reviews with Estimator.




Participate in pre-contract negotiations.
Liaising closely with Director on daily progress on all work sites.
Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered to site in a timely manner.
Ensure site workers are following plans and jobs are running to time.
Preparation of all site paperwork including but not limited to CEMP, WHS, Traffic Management Plans etc
Preparation of monthly payment claims.
Monitor compliance in respect of targets and objectives via the implementation of WHS plan and SWMS.
