What you'll be doing
No two days will be the same, but your responsibilities will include:
Managing all inbound calls and initial customer enquiries
Monitoring sales and shared inboxes, ensuring client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
Maintain and support digital workflow systems, including inventory management, CRM platforms, and other operational tools.
Develop detailed product knowledge across our health and emergency care equipment range, particularly defibrillators, cardiac monitors, emergency response equipment, and associated consumables.
Helping improve systems, workflows and processes as the business grows
About you




We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys making things happen.
You'll be someone who:
Has excellent attention to detail
Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Works well independently while being a supportive team member
Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
Enjoys being part of a growing business where every contribution counts
Applicants must have
Strong experience using digital business systems, including CRM, inventory management and related software platforms
Experience managing inbound phone and email enquiries in a customer-focused environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Ability to quickly understand product features, compatibility requirements and technical specifications
Sound sales support and customer service skills
A current driver's licence
Highly regarded
Experience within healthcare, medical devices or emergency services (not essential)

While this role is predominantly office-based, you'll occasionally assist with warehouse and dispatch activities. This includes safely handling and moving stock when required.
You'll also need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining accuracy in a busy environment.
