ABOUT THE ROLE
Office based position. Office and warehouse located in the northern suburbs. As a key Customer Service representative you will be an integral point of contact for sales reps, on premise, retail, online and private customers. You will be the first point of call for all customer and stock queries in the organisation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the Customer Services IN box, including responding to customer queries and requests
Processing orders and assisting logistics staff with monitoring delivery confirmations
General administration duties including daily reception
Supporting Sales Executives with scope of work
Supporting Senior Management within the business unit as required
Assist Warehouse Staff with stock control
Sales and debtor reporting
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with managing and ordering supplies for all regions (VIC,



NSW and QLD).
Assisting with coordinating annual events including trade shows, yearly public warehouse sales
Assist Accounts Receivable
Banking and receipt allocation
Assist with processing online orders
Assist with maintaining accurateproduct details on B2C website
Other Administrative duties as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
Strong communications skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation – a team player
An aptitude for problem-solving
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with a 'can-do' attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ideally, experience working with inventory and accounting systems (Fishbowl/Reckon)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform an advantage
