About the role:
We are seeking a Full Time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday),
Area Manager for VIC/TAS,
that aligns with our values, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of their sub-region, area, or state. The position ensures operational excellence, efficient resource allocation, regulatory and internal workflow compliance, and high-quality patient and customer care. The Area Manager collaborates with Regional Manager, Practice Managers and other regional leaders to develop and execute on regional operational plans that align with Jobfit's strategic mission and goals.
Regular travel within designated sub-region, area or state will be required.

What we need from you:
2 years' experience in a similar position.
Bachelor of Business, Post graduate qualifications in health management, or related discipline preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience in financial management.
Experience in team leadership, human resources and workplace health and safety.
Ability to manage operational budgets and optimise and control expenditure.
Ability to lead and manage operational teams.
Communication skills - listening effectively and conveying accurate information.
Organisational skills - ability to prioritise and work effectively on multiple tasks.
Dependable / reliable - follows through on commitments, producing timely work to high standards.
Teamwork - ability to work as part of a team.
