What you will be doing
You will:
Be the first point of contact within the DFR HQ for all visitors, employees, contractors and client guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive representation of the Adecco and ADF Careers brand.
Main point of contact for facilities and maintenance services at HQ
Support staff located at HQ to meet WHS obligations, as well as undertaking Fire and Emergency Warden duties
Undertake new starter inductions and act as a key point of contact for workplace services and support
Support DFR Senior Executive onsite at HQ and VIP visitors
Support the Adecco DFR Executive Office in its administrative functions
Represent Adecco DFR Executive Office in interactions with key stakeholders
Manage meeting rooms and assist with major stakeholder meetings onsite
What you will bring
Your background will demonstrate:
Experience in customer service, workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, events or a similar people-focused environment
Managing tasks, schedules, and priorities with attention to detail.
People person with a love for engagement and organising.
Confidence and ability to look after VIPs and important visitors with ease.
Performs well under pressure
Self-starter and able to identify value add activities
Ability to provide outstanding service to contractors, employees and client guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Exposure to facilities, workplace operations or compliance activities (advantageous, but not essential)
