have partnered with a leading Melbourne-based Managed Service Provider to find a proactive and client-focused Onsite IT Engineer. This is an opportunity to step away from a traditional support desk role and become the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of businesses, helping clients improve, secure and optimise their IT environments.

What you'll do
Manage and support a portfolio of client IT environments across Melbourne
Conduct proactive onsite reviews, identify risks and implement improvements
Build strong relationships with clients and become their go-to technical expert




Maintain accurate technical documentation and align environments to best practice
Work closely with senior engineers and technology advisors to deliver long-term client outcomes
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar
Robust Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
Outstanding communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
